What We Do
The W.C. Factor  for Industrial and Commecial Properties
If your Property contains a watercourse, we can help reduce your B.C. Property Tax Assessment
By definition, watercourses are designated as STREAMS, whether they usually contain water or not as:

a) pond; lake; river; creek or brook

b) ditch; spring or wetland

that is connected by surface flow to something referred to in a) or b).

Based on the established  premise that in order to obtain consistency, assessments shall be "FAIR AND EQUITABLE. "
